Retelling Sam Raimi and Bruce Campbell‘s 1981 story, Fede Alverez‘s version of Evil Dead features a cast of relatively unknown actors. Suburgatory‘s Jane Levy stars alongside Shiloh Fernandez (Red Riding Hood), Jessica Lucas (Cloverfield) and Lou Taylor Pucci (Thumbsucker). Five friends holed up at a remote cabin where they discover a Book of the Dead, which releases a demonic force, possessing each until only one is left to fight for survival.
