You probably never heard of the The Duplass Brothers, but Mark Duplass is actually one of the main characters on the FX show The League. The brothers make independent films and really broke onto the scene in 2010 with their dramedy Cyrus. Jeff, Who Lives at Home is their next directorial effort, as they go from stars John C. Reilly and Jonah Hill to Jason Segel and Ed Helms. The story follows a slacker named Jeff who is dispatched from his basement room on an errand for his mother. He might discover his destiny (finally) when he spends the day with his brother as he tracks his possibly adulterous wife. The film is set for release on March 16th, check out the first trailer below.
