The Thing released it’s green band trailer in the summer and now we get our first red band look. The Thing is a prequel to the 1982 horror classic. It takes place at an Antarctica research site, following the discovery of an alien craft that leads to a confrontation between graduate student Kate Lloyd and scientist Dr. Sander Halvorson. The film is directed by Matthijs van Heijningen Jr. and stars Joel Edgerton, Mary Elizabth Winstead and Eric Christian Olsen.
